He's worked with all types of businesses from private, non-profits, government, and manufacturing ranging from small business to billion dollar corporations.  Patrick is a hands-on professional consultant of nonprofit and lean systems; recognized ability to become “part of the team” and add value by helping to maximize that team's personal potential and professional talent.  

Diana Terpstra

Diana is a results-driven consultant with a profound knowledge of business process improvement initiatives based on Toyota Production System philosophies. Diana has extensive experience in coaching leaders on lean tool implementation, problem solving, performance improvement training, strategic planning and product development initiatives. She has a passion to identify and eliminate all forms of organizational waste, think outside the box, and push the envelope to a higher performance level.
